a sleepy start to our first Lemon Tree visit.... does this remind anyone of Ace Ventura?

It was a long weekend, one of those that you wish you had a "weekend" to recover from the weekend. It started Friday with a trip to Grand Island, NE and ended with a birthday stay a the Ramada in DSM. I will have pics of our fun tomorrow! Here is our menu for the week...

Monday- Spaghetti
Tuesday- Taco Salads
Wednesday- Lund Po-Chops
Thursday- Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Friday- Lemon Poppyseed pancakes
Saturday- Eat out
Sunday- Cheese and Cracker party
